Sheila Hagaman carries a rich spiritual heritage, having been raised in a pastoral family with a strong foundation in the local church. From an early age, her life has been shaped by faith, Scripture, and spiritual leadership. She ministers with prophetic clarity and pastoral strength, equipping believers to hear the voice of the Lord and grow in spiritual maturity. Sheila is especially passionate about training others in biblical prophetic ministry and intercession, helping believers cultivate deeper intimacy with God and greater discernment.
Adam Hagaman’s journey to ministry followed a very different path. Before the age of 25, he lived apart from the church and experienced years of instability and repeated incarcerations while searching for purpose. After encountering the transforming love of Jesus, his life was radically changed.
Adam now carries a bold, pioneering grace, preaching with conviction, awakening identity, and calling believers into spiritual authority. His passion is to see the Church rise up in power, walk in holiness, and influence every sphere of society with the reality of the Kingdom. He refuses to see believers live beneath what Christ paid for and is committed to activating people into their God-given assignments.
Together, Adam and Sheila lead One Vision Ministries with a shared fire for awakening and equipping the Body of Christ. Their lives are living proof that the Gospel doesn’t just improve people — it transforms, restores, and commissions them for purpose.
